It is clear Opioid abuse is a major public health concern across the United States, including here in Tampa Bay. For us to be successful and ensure it grip on our community is finally broken requires the continued collaboration of many including professionals in the medical field, social services, mental health, and law enforcement. But just as important and key to our overall success is involvement of those representing our business community. I am proud to be a representative of the business community and I am reminded it is the role for everyone to step up and help combat opioid abuse.
