I became interested in helping the Opioid epidemic in 2013, when I initially learned the impact to mothers and babies and the startling reality of the start of life for babies born addicted. I began raising money for the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Neonatal Abstinence Program and will do so until we change the statistics and create statewide prevention and treatment programs for moms and babies.
