As we grow, we are grateful to celebrate community leaders who have worked diligently to improve lives in the Tampa Bay Region.

Our first Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Linda McKinnon. Linda is the CEO and President of Central Florida Behavioral Health Network and the Chair of Live Tampa Bay Stakeholder Coalition. Linda’s career has been dedicated to significant and sustained contributions to the field of behavioral health in the Tampa Bay region, positively impacting the local economy and community. 

The 2023 Torchbearer award was given to Rita Lowman (left), a celebrated leader in the banking industry for over 45 years. Rita has not only broken the barriers to boardrooms, she has also broken the stigma around substance use and carried the torch for other families and mothers through the power of example.
