Common questions and answers

Faith-based communities are often one of the first places people seek assistance for mental health and addiction. Many times, faith leaders are the โ€œfirst-respondersโ€ for those in crisis. This is why Live Tampa Bay is excited to announce the launch of our Faith Leaders Committee! The first meeting will be held on November 29th at 1pm. Join us as we discuss ways in which the faith community can come together for solutions to bolster the well-being of the Tampa Bay region, one faith community at a time.

Workplaces are often an important point of contact for employees struggling with behavioral health. Having policies and procedures put in place to support employees during times of hardship can improve productivity and a healthier workplace. This is why Live Tampa Bay is launching the HR Committee. The first meeting will be held on December 13th at 11:30am. Join us as we identify best practices to bolster behavioral health of employees in the workplace.

Watch November’s Link, Lunch and Learn below to hear panelists discuss land use policies to ensure affordability, innovative RFP requirements, housing integrated into the continuum of care, and the need for respite housing.
